The D.Lgs. 30 June 2003, n. 196, “Code for the protection of personal data”, determines a system for the protection of personal data and all related information.
Article n. 13 of the “Code for the protection of personal data” (D. Lgs. 196/2003) establishes in relation to this contract that:

1. The personal data is held by MUVISDOMO S.R.L. group, Modugno (BA) in via X Marzo n. 59/G, P. I.V.A.(VAT): 06353000729, Repertorio Economico Amministrativo (Administrative Economic register) n. 479921.

2. Personal data that is given by customers may be gathered and used by the seller (MUVISDOMO S.R.L.) including IT procedures for the following aims: (i) any aim directly linked and instrumental to the supply or for the management of the Service, in accordance to this law and to the “General clauses” of the contract that are available at www.esploralitalia.com/index.php?option=content&itemid=priv; (ii) aim to gather, with the(ii) prior consent of the customer, commercial information, marketing and market surveys through a newsletter that will be sent by the seller (MUVISDOMO S.R.L.) and that will have advertising material concerning services and products of the seller or of different advertisers; (iii) aim to gather feedback on the quality of service and customer satisfaction made directly or with the assistance and collaboration of other specialised societies; (iv) statistic surveys.

3. You can freely decide if you want to make you personal data available to the seller. However, if you decide you do not want to leave personal data that is necessary to pursue the aims that are mentioned above n.1 letter i), the seller will not be able to supply the service. Please remember that if you decide you do not want to leave personal data that is not necessary to pursue the aims that are mentioned above n.1 letter i), the seller will be able to supply the service.

4. To pursue the aims mentioned in n.1, some of your personal data may be transmitted from the seller to third parties who are connected or instrumental to the supply or distribution of the services. Personal data gathered through the website may be transmitted abroad only for the supply of the services required through the website and anyway in respect on Italian privacy law.

5. Personal data that is gathered will be protected and managed by our operators and therefore there will be the lowest risk reasonable to protect from access, diffusion, loss or destruction of the data.

6. Art. 7 of the “Code for the protection of personal data”, bestows on the customer the following rights:

The right to know if their personal data is part of the database and the right to demand that the communication of the data is managed in an appropriate way. The customer also has the right to obtain the information about:

• Origin of the personal data that has been transmitted;
• Aim and ways of the transmission;
• Used logistic if the transmission has been made with electronic instrument;
• The personal data of the responsible people;
• The people and the category of people who have access to the personal data or who are able to know personal data because representative in the Country or person in charge.

The customer has the right to:

• Update, cancel or, if he desires, add to their data;
• Cancel or change in an anonymous way or on mass (as a body) any personal data that has been illegally used;
• The certainty that any updates, corrections, integrations, cancellations, transformations in an anonymous way or on mass (as a body) of the personal data that may occur will be transmitted or communicated to all relevant parties and this will be done accurately and expeditiously.

The customer has the right to oppose:

• Any use of his personal data if there are legitimate reasons to do so;
• The use of his personal data if used to send advertising materials or for direct sales or for market surveys or advertising.

To use his rights the costumer can directly address the owner of the data named in n.1 of this privacy policy.

7. The costumer who would like to be permanently cancelled from the archive of the seller, needs to send a proper demand to the following E – mail: info@esploralitalia.com.

Accepting the conditions that are specified in this law, the customer agrees and authorizes the seller to gather, communicate, use and transfer the customer personal data only to people and for the aims that are specified in this policy.
